I am Founder CEO and Leadership Coach bringing on board expertise and experience of 30 years in executive leadership in Civil Society and government service and education to co-create tangible results and transformative collaborations. My main focus is on grassroot leaders even from the farthest of the villages. My coaching style supports clients identify and disrupt comfort patterns, to break "self-made-walls-and ceilings" & push boundaries further up, out and deeper. We co-create and celebrate the breakthroughs, as they transform themselves, household and communities with their shared gifts. My transition into professional counselling, coaching and mentoring is born out of my experienced breakthroughs supported by many generous people locally and globally, a deliberate decision to pay it forward for more people to thrive. My most natural gift is that of Presence and Celebrating. I continuously develop myself through reflections, mentors, skills development and practice. I am currently a Fellow with How Women Lead program. As a Pathfinder I thrive best in life’s challenging and difficult terrains, the place of the unknown, where challenges birth opportunities for creativity and innovation. This is the gift that birthed Life Bloom Services International in 2004, seen more than 16,600 women/girls survivors of sexual and other exploitations find their ground and be on the journey of becoming the individuals and leaders they desire. I resigned from my pensionable high school principal role at age 33, to venture into the unknown: I still love the adventure of the unknown. In the last 21 years, I have pioneered and team led in creating Peer Mentor Models for community volunteers and survivors of exploitations. I love and train clients in journal writing among other self-care skills. I moderate retreats. I love public speaking, on matters of personal leadership at conferences locally and globally. I am a published author. I love life!
