My uniqueness lies in the way I approach my clients, engagement and building good relationship is what I do best. I listen beyond what my clients shared, the vibes that they brought to the space will be easily picked up by my 12 years experience in coaching. I am not short of validating my clients and that is one of my secret recipe in earning their trust quiet instantly. My 25 years experience in the Human Resources field has helped me to get more clients especially at Managerial Level and C-Suites to explore on managing others and managing their own emotions. Having a MA in Psychology helped a lot in understanding my clients what makes them think, act and behave differently. I picked up emotions easily although it is not shared, understanding and reading their body language and the choices of words is a magical indicator of their emotions. I am an Associate Coach at CoachHub an online coaching platform for the past 3 years and my monthly scores or feedback from my clients are very consistent at 4.7 - 4.9 out of 5. I believe in taking a pause and reflect to move faster besides helping others energised me. My core values are humbleness, trustworthy, respect and FUN :)
