Gursharan K

A seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development as well as leadership and sales coaching space with various multinational organizations. Gursharan resides in Malaysia and has over 27 years of working experience where she undertook several extensive roles such as clinical advisor, sales, market development, sales training, business capability leader and sales training and coaching. Prior to joining 3M in March 2018 Gursharan held the role of business and sales capability leader for ASEAN region with Kimberly Clark Professional. Within 3M she led the HCBG training for Malaysia before moving into Channel Training Lead role for ASIA within SIBG in 2020. Currently Gursharan leads the sales training programs for APAC region with her team and she leads the development and execution of the global training program ACE. Gursharan holds a MBA from Anglia Ruskin University UK and has produced publications within the coaching space. She is also a Associate Certified Coach with International Coaching Federation, Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programing with American Neurolinguistic Board and a Accredited Trainer with Malaysia Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC).
