Nancy Lee is an Executive Life & Mentor-Coach with a mission to “Nurturing Holistic Leaders to Lead from their Inside Out” through coaching/mentoring, training and soul-formation. She is currently a Mentor Coach and Coach-Facilitator with Corporate Coach Academy (CCA), a Top 3 ICF Coaching School. She has worked with clients in university, corporate, non-profits, professionals and family settings. Her clients have described her as intuitive, disruptive and empowering. She specializes in Character Leadership and Emotional Intelligence. In her work with CCA, she coaches and trains leaders from organizations in Coaching & Mentoring, Coaching Power Tools and Coach Learning Certification Programmes. Some of the organizations are DRB Hicom, Petronas, Mindef, PharmaNord, RCE Capital, UOB and Taylor’s University. She mentors coaches to develop their coaching competencies in adherence to ICF Standards and is an ICF mentor-coach for ACC renewal. Prior to this, she was with Taylor’s Education Group and has held various roles as Senior Lecturer, Life Skills (EQ) Facilitator, Curriculum & Innovation Specialist, Head of Student Succes and Circles Facilitator (YPO Forum concept). With over 30 years of experience in the higher education space, she has a deep understanding of young adults and helped thousands of young people in navigating career and life transitions. Nancy’s passion for young adults is extended to other coaching organizations and NGOs. She is a mentor with One Rock Institute (UK), Trainer of Trainers & Facilitator (Focus on the Family), BestofMe Coach (SIN), AsiaHRM (HK) and Mentor (Torch, UK). Nancy is actively involved in the coaching community through the works of ICF Malaysia, Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches (MACC) and Association of Coaching Supervision and Mentoring (ACSM). Nancy is married with two adult sons. Her motto is to Live Well, Live Wisely, Live Humbly.
