I work with professionals and leaders at different stages of their leadership journey, helping them become more effective as they navigate personal leadership challenges, greater responsibilities, organizational complexity and change, and the demands of leading teams that perform. My coaching creates a space for leaders to step back from the demands of their role, challenge assumptions, broaden perspectives, and make more deliberate choices about how they lead. I believe meaningful change starts with greater self-awareness, but becomes valuable only when it translates into different actions and better outcomes. I bring more than 30 years of professional and business experience, including senior leadership roles in the telecommunications industry and entrepreneurial experience. Over the years, I have worked extensively with leaders and organizations across industries on leadership development, performance, culture, and organizational transformation. This background allows me to understand the realities and complexities leaders face—while keeping the coaching conversation centered on the client, not on giving them ready-made answers. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner, with 7 years of professional coaching experience. I coach in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
