What makes my work different? It starts with the fact that I’ve lived this journey firsthand—not just as a professional, but as a parent navigating the complexities of raising neurodivergent children in international school systems. I know what it’s like to sit in meetings, feeling like you have to fight for basic support. I know the exhaustion of trying to bridge cultural gaps in understanding neurodiversity, and the constant worry about whether a school transition will mean progress or setbacks.
But I also know what’s possible when parents have the right tools, strategies, and confidence to advocate effectively. That’s why my approach is deeply practical—I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions, because every child, every school, and every international experience is different. Instead, I help families find real-world strategies that work for them.
Beyond my personal experience, I bring professional expertise as a PAAC & ICF-Certified ADHD+ Coach, with over 20 years in education—as a university lecturer, librarian, parent leader, and advocate. I’ve worked on school inclusion projects, founded parent support networks, and led organizations pushing for systemic change. This means I’m not just supporting individual families—I’m working to make international schools more inclusive and neurodiverse-friendly at a structural level.
Most importantly, I focus on reducing stress and overwhelm. I know how heavy this journey can feel, and I believe families shouldn’t have to navigate it alone. My goal isn’t just to help parents advocate for their children, but to help them thrive—without burnout, without guilt, and with the confidence that they’re making the right choices for their child’s future.
