My neurodivergent thinking allows me to recognize patterns, simplify complexity, and co-create approaches that align with inclusive learning, leading, and growing. Conscious Leadership & Transformational Coaching – As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with experience in leadership and organizational development, I work alongside individuals to explore self-awareness, purpose, and resilience in leadership. My contributions have supported operational growth, earned recognition in the UN Global Compact’s International Yearbook, and received the DHL Global CEO & Corporate Responsibility Awards. Holistic Growth & Life Mastery – With a background in Pranic Healing and lifelong learning, I engage in conversations that connect mind, body, and energy while integrating mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and intentional action. My experience with MIT’s IDEAS Fellowship and Japan Foundation’s HANDs! Asia Project has deepened my understanding of leadership, innovation, and social impact. Entrepreneurial & Financial Sustainability – With experience in business incubation, financial well-being, and social innovation, I collaborate with nonlinear thinkers and underserved entrepreneurs to explore sustainable, values-driven business strategies. My systems-thinking approach brings clarity to complexity, creating adaptable ways to align with each individual’s strengths. Having an ADHD brain allows me to take a flexible, intuitive approach to problem-solving. My coaching style is calm and reflective, yet I can quickly shift perspectives and connect ideas in ways that open new possibilities. I engage with people where they are, working together to shape strategies that fit their unique journey. My mission remains to elevate conscious leadership for a better community through meaningful dialogue, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to growth.
