Rachel's passion for inspiring reflection/results led to founding Stepping into More: A professional/personal development company. Rachel empowers successful people who "have it all" yet, are feeling burnout, often after spending years supporting others and losing connection with their purpose/passion. Prior to Stepping into More, Rachel served as HR Manager at EMI Music Distribution and Manager of Organization Development at Easton Sports, Inc. Rachel earned: MS in Counseling for Business, Coaching Professional Credential through International Coaching Federation (ICF), Strengths Coach Certification, and is a Positive Intelligence Coach. Rachel is Past President for ICF, Los Angeles and served on the Board for seven years. Rachel served as Co-Leader for ICF Global: Coaching & Human Capital Community of Practice for three years. Rachel published a book and companion CD of songs: Stepping into More: Lessons from a Recovering Perfectionist.
