I am a Career Coach with a long experience in the IT industry (mainly in Data Center, Cloud & AI), both in engineering and business related roles. I also have an experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, negotiation, finance and consulting. In my corporate roles, I have been championing for several initiatives aimed at supporting women’s career opportunities in the IT industry. I have worked with clients, both male and female, who are either in their early career stage, going through life and career transitions or those who are finding a new path for themselves. I find true joy in seeing my clients achieve their goals and discover new insights. As someone who entered the IT space accidentally, I truly believe in having a growth mindset, being open to explore new opportunities as well as having the courage to embark into the unknown, being out of comfort zone. I believe that the job of tomorrow may not exist today. Hence, it’s crucial to stay positive, adapt to the ever-changing world, and challenge oneself. I guide my clients through a process that empowers them to identify their goals, needs, and values, assess their current situation, and explore options or resources for them to get to their goals. Experience: I spend the majority of my career in a mix of engineering, business development and Mergers & Acquisition roles in IT industry and consulting. Currently a Senior Manager in multi-national IT company as well as running my own coaching company.
