I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the ICF. Currently, I have over 4500 coaching hours of practice with individuals and teams from Bulgarian and international companies, a lot of which are listed in Fortune 500 list. My mission is to contribute to expanding the awareness of people and to the wellbeing – of the individual, the team, the family, the company, the community. While catalyzing the internal and external transformation they want, I support them to communicate effectively, to navigate the change, to achieve their goals, to feel satisfied, and to live a balanced life. I hear what they want – to have, to do, to be, and the legacy they want to leave behind, so that I partner in achieving these. I’ve worked with clients from various sectors - Communications, IT, Energy and Utilities, Entertainment, Media, Education, Health, Pharmaceutical and Science, Financial Services, Mining, Insurance, Real Estate, Engineering, NGOs, etc. My main focus as an individual, group, and team coach is effective and authentic communication between people from various age groups, worldviews, cultures, and diverse backgrounds.
