Mary Ann I

Mary Ann Ireland founded ClarityWorks in 2003 to help leaders and teams at life science and technology companies better navigate the thorny challenges that she saw and experienced working inside these kinds of companies. Over the years, she has coached hundreds of leaders and mobilized dozens of teams at Fortune 100 companies and startups alike, including Roche/Genentech, Johnson and Johnson, eBay and Intel. Her work with teams has taken her all over the world, including the UK, China, Switzerland, Spain, Malaysia, Brazil and Poland. She holds a Masters degree in Organizational Development, is an expert in Commitment-based Management (CbM) and is certified as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Master Somatic Coach (MSC) through the Strozzi Institute. Prior to founding ClarityWorks, Mary Ann had a successful 17-year corporate career holding roles spanning sales, marketing and product management at a variety of life science companies.
