ECAP (Executive Coach Accelerator Program) is a 6-month immersive coaching program designed to help experienced coaches step into executive-level work with confidence, skill, and community support.
Unlike generic coach training programs, ECAP provides advanced tools, live practice, and real mentorship from senior executive coaches with 20+ years of global experience. The goal is simple: to help you become a trusted partner for executive leaders—not just another coach with a certification.
Executive coaching isn’t about following a script. It’s about presence, nuance, and agility. ECAP equips you with frameworks, tools, and real-world insights that go beyond traditional training, helping you work effectively with complexity, ambiguity, and leadership dynamics.
You don’t become an executive coach by reading. You become one by practicing. ECAP includes live coaching practicum hubs, mentored sessions, and peer feedback to help you sharpen your edge in real coaching scenarios.
